  • Hall Rental

    5-hour minimum rental: $700

    Additional hour rental: $100

    “All day” rental discount (10 hours): $1100

    Rental pricing includes setup and tear down of tables and chairs to the agreed upon layout after initial consultation.

    Linen Service

    We do offer an in-house linen service:

    Tables by Design.

    Lap-length table covers (black): $5/table

    Floor-length table covers: $12/table

    Linen steaming service add-on: $3/table

    Napkins: $1/each

    Chair covers: $3.50/each

    Additional product offerings: table runners, ceiling drapery, backdrops, etc.

  • A spread of various foods on a table outdoors, including cheeses, fruits, meats, and condiments.

    Catering

    Price varies per event.

    We have a portfolio of caterers we work with for all different kinds of events. We can work with all different budgets to ensure you have the best experience and food for your event.

    You may bring in your own food for events for a flat fee of $200. This includes both fridge and food warmer access during the event. It also includes plasticware, cutlery, and napkins.

    Beverages

    Per-hour rental: $40 per bartender

    We do allow events to bring their own alcohol to the event space. If you bring alcohol, we do require our bartending staff be hired for your event.

    Soda Package: $5/person

    This package is inclusive of assorted pop, coffee, and water.

    Dinnerware

    Dinnerware package: $15/table

    This package includes cutlery (forks, spoons, and knives), plates, and glassware.

    Event Staff

    Price varies per event.

    We do offer a staffing service who are able to work your events for a worry-free day. They can setup and serve food, clean tables, direct guests, provide cake cutting services, and more!
