How many people can our space accomodate?
While we can host up to 175 guests, we recommend 150 as the maximum for the most comfortable experience.
Can my event have alcohol?
Yes. Events booked may bring their own alcohol to the space. We do require events that have alcohol to use our bartenders for bar service. Bartenders start at $40/hr.
Are tables and chairs provided?
All events include table and chair setup prior to the event. When booking, one of our staff will go through layout details with you to ensure everything is setup to your liking. We also have an on-site linen service that can provide linens, napkins, or decor for an additional charge. If interested, please let our staff know upon booking with us.
Can I use the outdoor patio?
Yes. Our outdoor patio can be added onto your event for just $100. Please note that our patio does not have any outdoor heating or cooling systems.
Do you have recommendations on vendors for my event?
Bayside loves working with all different vendors! When booking our staff can provide a list of vendors we recommend for ALL spaces within the industry- whether you need a D.J., florist, catering, or photographer- Bayside has the recommendations for you!
When are renovations going to be complete?
Our space is undergoing renovation until mid-April. We will be hosting a Grand Opening event on April 19, 2026 to showcase the new space. Booking events now for 2026 and 2027.
